Terms of Use

These terms apply to Fan Cam and the other iOS apps published by Bigeframe ("we", "us"). By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please delete the app.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute an app or any part of it.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use our apps and for obeying the laws that apply to you. In particular, you agree not to use them:

  • to record or photograph people where you do not have the right to do so;

  • anywhere recording or photography is prohibited, including venues that restrict cameras;

  • to harass, stalk, or invade anyone's privacy;

  • while driving or doing anything else that needs your full attention.

Some of our apps magnify a live camera view. Do not rely on them where a mistake could hurt someone, and do not use them as safety, medical, navigation, or measuring equipment.

3. Your photos and recordings

Photos and videos you capture are yours. They are saved to your device's photo library. We do not collect, upload, view, or store them.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some apps offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until cancelled; cancel in Settings ▸ your Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Apple processes all payments, refunds, and cancellations — please contact Apple for billing matters. Paid features may change or be discontinued in future versions.

5. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

Our apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that they will work with every device, accessory, or future version of iOS.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost footage, or missed moments arising from your use of our apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as our apps change. Continuing to use an app after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may stop offering an app, or end your licence, if you breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
